Nut(rition)
A personal Android app for meal planning, habit tracking and home workouts.
What Nut does
Nut is a single-user Android app that helps its owner lose weight and build healthy habits one step at a time. It provides:
- Daily check-ins, weigh-ins and food logging, with trend charts.
- Weekly meal plans built from a library of simple, batch-cooked, air-fryer-friendly recipes, with a grocery list.
- Short, no-equipment home workouts that progress over time.
- Reminders and a coaching feature with an adjustable tone.
- Optional recipe suggestions from the owner's own home server.
How it uses Google Drive
Nut can back up the owner's own data to the owner's own Google Drive. It requests only the drive.file permission, which lets the app see and manage only the backup files it creates itself in a folder named "Nut Backups". It cannot see any other file in the owner's Drive. The backups are used only to restore the app's data after a reinstall or on a new phone.
Who it is for
Nut is a private, personal-use app built and used by its developer. It is not distributed on app stores and is not offered to the public.
